We can send your UAC PIN to the email address you’ve given us.

If you haven’t already done so, type your UAC application number in the login form and click ‘Forgotten your UAC PIN?’. Then select ‘I’m not a robot’ in this window and click the OK button. We’ll send you an email containing your PIN.

You can also phone us to have your PIN re-issued. Call 1300 275 822 – from mobiles on (02) 9752 0200 or from overseas on +61 2 9752 0200 – between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday (Sydney time).

Your application will lock if you enter your UAC PIN incorrectly five times.


Unlocking your application

If your application becomes locked you’ll need to reset your UAC PIN.

Type your UAC application number in the login form and click ‘Forgotten your UAC PIN?’. Then select ‘I’m not a robot’ in this window and click the OK button.

We’ll send you an email containing a link to reset your UAC PIN. The reset link will be valid for 24 hours.
